Great Hands!!. I knew from the minute I saw his eyes and his hands that my massage would be special and different. Thankful I met Jai. I told my mom he's my massage guru!!
NEVER MORE RELAXED. I found Jai last week as the result of an online promotion. It took me a couple of tries to get on his schedule and now i know why. HE IS AMAZING, multi-dimensional in fact. And the wellness center is probably the most tranquil place I've ever been to. The colors and vibes and smells and a huge gong and about 20 sound healing bowls. So cool. I'll be back!
Worst Business Skills...and $$$ Oriented. I bought Groupon for Ancient Art Massage & Bodywork, first time I called he was out of town for 3 days. Second time I called and asked if he can take same day appointment, he said he cant. then I requested if there are any slot available after 2 days, he was kind of looking to move things around to accommodate me, but, before that he asked how I heard about the center. I told him through Groupon.....that is it he said for Groupon customer there are no appointments until after December 15th. He was willing to reschedule other Groupon customers appointment for me if I were regular full paying customer. He might be good in what he does...but he has Poor Business skills, which will bring him down one day....what goes up has to come down....Mr.Jai...please dont offer Groupons or discounted price if you cant treat them...as regular customer....
We Apologize For Your Disappointment. We have only a limited number of openings per day for Groupons, etc. It's not that you're not a 'regular customer'. It's just that over 200 Groupons were sold and yours is valid for 6 months. We simply can't treat everyone immediately. We do reserve the right to reschedule any client with sufficient notice, just as our clients have the right to reschedule with us. THIS IS GOOD BUSINESS. We wish you well.
