Hair Done Right

I would be surprised if you can find a client that has been going to Nube Nove Salon longer than myself. Therefore, I feel I am the person that should share my review. I have been going to this salon since before it was even called Nube Nove. Other salon's have operated in this location, under several other names before Billie took the place over. I'd say under the current ownership, this salon is as close to perfect as a salon can get (for me at least). What makes this salon so good? It is the stylists and the vibe. The mood is very laid back and welcoming. Everybody is made to feel special, there is none of that stuffiness you sometimes encounter at some of the other high end salon's around town. I personally am a client of Jen Ramos, but as a back up, I use Suhey. My daughter uses Suhey as her primary stylist, and Jen as her back up. This month, my daughter needed an appointment, and could only go on one certain date, in which neither of our regular stylists were available. In this instance, I asked Suhey to recommend another stylist to do my daughter's hair. I was confident that who ever she recommended would be somebody that would do a great job on my daughter's hair. So, today Jill cut and highlighted my daughter's hair, and again, a perfect experience. Now we have 3 stylists there, that we can work our busy schedules around. Although I have been pretty faithful to this salon, I will admit I have stepped out several times over the years, to try other salons, yet I always come back to Nube Nove. The stylist's are excellent, the price is fair, the hours are very accommodating.

The BEST!

I moved away from Orlando, FL over a year ago, and I have since been searching for a salon that even comes close to Nube Nove! Suhey is hands-down the most amazing hair stylist I've ever found!! She is able to cut and create exactly what I'm looking for...even when I'm not sure what I'd like her to do! She is super sweet, and I trust her completely with my hair! Actually, I'm contemplating booking a flight to Orlando soon so she can bless my hair with her talent...yep, she's that good! :o)

awesome tan!

This place is great! I just got a spray tan in their new mystic HD room. It's so pretty and private. It only took a few minutes and it looks awesome. The front desk (Austin) was super helpful in picking out which shade of tan was right and we even added a yummy smell. I am super happy. Love this place!

Great place for a cut even for out of towners

First about Nube Nove- I love the salon, the atmosphere is fun and the staff are so friendly. It's always a pleasure to go there. I live two hours away and look forward to a trip to the salon and also has a great location for dinner or lunch after with the girls.

About Suhey - She is truly the best I have ever seen for color and style and getting what you want or more importantly what you think you want. She is a great listener and holds wonderful conversation making you feel at home while giving you great service. She and Nube Nove are well worth the two hour drive every 2 months.

THE BEST Salon in Central Florida!

I have been coming to Nube Nove Salon since 2006. It's a great place for good conversation with a professional, courteous staff. Everyone there is personable, friendly, and fun. Even though the salon is downtown, its very easy to find with convenient parking (so no need to find a parking space on the street)!

Suhey does my hair - she has tamed my wild mane (the beast)! Since I have such a demanding schedule with my career and family, she has offered to come in on a Saturday (when she normally has off) to meet with me.

I remember one time I came in there crying because I tried a different salon (I had moved, and the salon is 45 minutes from where I live), and they literally gave me a mullet and dyed my hair a reddish color. Suhey consoled me and fixed me right away! We still joke about it to this day. Even though I live nearly an hour from the location of the salon, it is well worth the drive. I always come out of there feeling sexy and confident!
