Really good pizza, sometimes. We often get pizzas at Carmela's, however the music is kind of loud in there and they are not consistant in making the pizzas. Sometimes they are great, other times not so good. I guess from having different cooks maybe. I only ate in once, but it was good then and I think I ordered Chicken Parm. that one time. And it's irritating when you call in an order and they hang up so fast your're not sure they got it right because of the broken english. I do think they should have somebody answer the phone that speaks english and be more consistant with the food. It might just help their business out a little.

WORST FOOD AND SERVICE. We went to lunch there yesterday and we too were the only ones in the place. The waitress took our drink order and it took 5 minutes for her to bring 2 glasses of house wine. After taking our order...10 min later she asks if we want bread sticks and those were crappy white rolls that were not Italian! I'm waiting forever for my dinner salad and then after 10 more minutes she asks if I want the salad before my meal or with it!

The meal comes...my favorite, Chicken Marsala. it was HORRIBLE and the sauce tasted like pancake syrup, (I'm not kidding, my wife agreed) canned mushrooms and half raw onions. My wife had an antipasto salad that was so so... I tried a dessert and that tasted stale. The bill $60.00 with tip. They have NO lunch specials. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY! I will never go back again!

Worst service ever. Not often do I run across a place that has simply horrible service. It was so bad that it actually prompted me to find them on the internet and write a review about them. The place was empty on a Friday night which should have been my first clue. The server was prompt but spoke broken English which made it difficult to order. I first tried to order a white pizza - adding pepperonis ? but was told I could not. When I inquired why she told me that I just cannot order it that way. I told her that I liked it that way and can she not please accommodate my request. She replied no. I pressed further asking why and she told me that the computer would not allow her to add items!! I asked is this not an Italian restaurant? What is the problem ? don?t you make the pizza here? She then told me that the pizzas are made there but ? they pre-make them, put them in the freezer and pull them out when people order!! So I decided to order the shrimp with white wine sauce instead. My wife knowing I really wanted the white pizza went ahead and ordered it anyways. What arrived at or table was shrimp Diablo ? shrimp with spicy tomato sauce! The pizza was soggy soaked with olive oil. Wine is over priced and over rated as well. The only cool thing about the place was a guy playing a squeeze box ? but he was some what intrusive and annoying as well. One star does not even give the place justice. We would have been better off going to McDonalds next door!
