Are you ready to fall in love?.
I had my engagement party there this past July, it was an easy decision to make as I have frequented this restaurant several times a week. I actually craved their chicken salad (try it) while I was
away. The engagement party was amazing. You don't find many family owned restaurants with the class and love that this restaurant has. Chef Tifford, Randy, ....and everyone else..superb.

Absolute Worst Service Experience, Boring Food.
The absolute worst experience I have ever had in ANY restaurant, ANY WHERE... the Chef and the Manager need to go back to Hospitality 101 OR get jobs in another field.
Food was mediocre, even for the reasonable prices. Service was very slow.. Waitress would disappear for large blocks of time... maybe because it was ladies night and they didn't really want to deliver... even that was forgivable, not a place I would rush to go back to but... the real story is how the Chef and Manager handled this incident ....
We had an issue. Chef came over and YELLED at us like we were little kids!! NO polite reprimand, NO request to quiet as we were disturbing the other guests.
The stupidity and audacity of the Chef AND Manager to fuel the fire instead of quell it was outrageous... I don't care how good the food (and it was nothing special!!! ), lousy service and a management that doesn't know how to handle guest relations is totally unacceptable. I've lived in Winter Park for over 20 years, I will NEVER set foot in that establishment again!! (Nor will any of the other women I was with.) If the Manager were to say 'good riddens' that's fine with me, he aught to read Danny Meyers' book "Setting the Table" to learn how to treat guests in the HOSPITALITY industry!!!!

Bistro has the best Thursday ladies' night. I frequent the Bistro for both lunch and dinner. The first time I had the new steak sandwich I thought I was going to have to have a second. It's like crack. Unbelievable! What is in that sauce! They have a hopping Thursday night ladies' night too and everyone has a great time. Often two or three deep at the bar yet no one ever has to wait for drinks. It probably helps that the Thursday bartender is as sweet and friendly as she is efficient. Easy on the eyes too. *wink*…
Great Food, Fabulous Service!. The food is always great and they serve a must have Key West Reuben. The service is top notch. I highly recommend the Bistro as a business lunch spot or a nice dinner for a great price!

Co-hosted a bridal shower there, and from day 1 the owner was great, helpful and professional.
It was so pretty and perfect for the shower, the food was great, the service was awesome, and I have to say all the guest enjoyed it. I would recommend it, and I can't wait until I get back to that area to enjoy it again.
I love that they worked with us on the menu, even cut and served our cake.
