Avoid Re/Max 200 at all COSTS!!!.
I am a tenant where Re/Max 200 Manages the property. Bottom line - Avoid them at all costs. With customer service like they have, I wouldn't even dream of going through them to purchase a home.
They have ridiculous late fees (if you pay the first business day after the 1st when the 1st is on a weekend. They don't answer the phone, and if you leave a message, they don't call you back.
Be careful who they send to your house for repairs. I ended up with a $400 water bill after the sprinkler system was fixed, and the person changed the sprinkler settings to water the lawn 2 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Horrible Customer Service. i called the office looking to rent a property that was listed on rental homes plus, i was greeted by an unfriendly receptionist (i believe her name was Angie), who felt the need to tell me before she got my information how important it was for me to make my appointment because the listing is 35 mins away from the office. After explaining to her that I am an adult who does not need to be lecture on keeping appointments she took my information. I was later called back by Liz who also gave me the same lecture as well as told me that the person coming out would not be able to show me another property because it was on the other side of town (it is 15 miles away). She also told me that i needed to do my own leg work because she is not a real estate agent. I will not do business with this company due their HORRIBLE customer service!
