I called because I look The Spa up on the Internet and I went to your old address. When I called Jocelyn answered the telephone and was very professional yet pleasant, friendly and encouraging. When I arrived she knew exactly who I was and treated me as though I were the only one there as she devoted her time and gave me a tour of the facility and explained your membership plan without being pushy.

I visited The Spa to purchase gift certificate for my boss for her birthday. I have not used your facility yet but I was very impressed and I plan to become a member. The members who were having pedis/manis looked really relaxed and comfortable and I cannot wait to become a member.

I give this Spa a 10 plus. The courtesy and the attention that you get is amazing. If you don't know the meaning of customer service, go and find it at the Spa.

Facility is very inviting and staff members were very helpful. I treated my mother to a spa day of massages, mani and pedis. At the last minute I was able to change my massages to a facial without changing our appointment. Really felt like having spa treatments done in a close friends home, rather than a cold spa. I enjoyed my time there so much that I signed up for half off club. Looking forward to my next appointments. Also, the decor and wallpaper is fabulous!!

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. There was a slight delay but they were quick to offer an add on no charge. Didn't mind the wait as the surroundings were very comfortable and relaxing.

I loved my trip to The Spa. I came as part of a bridal party, and I can say for a fact that every member of the party thoroughly enjoyed it. We were greeted by a smiling, personable staff and offered complimentary champagne and mimosas.

I have been going to the Spa for several years. It has been hit or miss with the therapists. The Spa has a huge turn over with their quality therapists! They definitely do a great job offering you drinks & snacks but do not let it mask their attention to "you" the customer. Since in the new location I feel as if I am just a number to the Spa rather than a paying customer who would like the quality service I paid for. Cancelling the membership was a nightmare. Rather than accepting that they were wrong when losing a form and attempting to keep a customer they made up my mind for me. I will never again refer any of my friends or clients to them!
