Awful Experience- Poorly Managed. I purchased 2 certificates from Half Off Depot as Christmas gifts for my mother and I. We have been calling FawnFeather for weeks now, left several messages to schedule an appointment, e-mailed them and have heard NOTHING back. We can't even seem to get a live person on the phone. Upon contacting Half Off Depot to get a refund or credit- I get the run around. They said they would attempt to contact the spa. Good luck!

Horrible business practices. I highly advise you to NOT purchase vouchers for this place as it is extremely DIFFICULT to cash in on them. BEWARE!!!!

FawnFeather. I purchased a gift certificate for my wife, she called for over a week and can't not get anyone to answer the phone to schedule an appointment? I would not reccomend this place to anyone because of the poor management that has to be running it, I emailed the comapny and no one has responded to that either.

I wish I could get my money back and get my wife another Valentines gift because this place is run horrible.

Groupon Greed overtakes Fawnfeather. I was given a "Spa Package" gift certificate for Christmas but when I went to redeem it they would not let me book until June 2012. They would not give me a refund and told me I had to go through Groupon. So, let me get this straight, Fawnfeather offers a coupon but does not say anything about it not being redeemable for six months???? They have my money for SIX MONTHS? Then they put the onus back on me to jump through hoops to get my money back from Groupon if I want it? This is WRONG. How many people book a facial 6 months ahead. Nobody is that good and I am not sure Fawnfeather will be in business in June if they continue to oversell and under service.

Keep up the great work. We live in Germany and spent the day at Fawn Feather getting pampered while on vacation. Best mani and pedi ever--thanks PAM!! Shelby's hair is still getting compliments. Keep up the great work.

Truly the best!. The experience at the Fawnfeather Spa is one that I will never forget. It was just what a "diva" needed in this stress filled world we live in...Thanks again for coming to the rescue with all of your spa services. Truly the best!

The place is FABULOUS!. The place is FABULOUS! Gretta is a GENIOUS with eyelashes. I got them put on and they were SO natural and perfect NOONE has thought they were anything but real! My husband LOVES to go get pampered there. All the staff are so friendly and very professional. My teenage daughter is already making plans for prom to have her day there!! Yikes! :0)

ABOVE AND BEYOND EXPECTATIONS!. My daughter and I spent a Spa day today which we had purchased from Groupon. I paid 79.00 for it when the retail value was almost $250.00 I wasn't sure what to expect, but I must say this place is "Top Notch"

Everyone was very friendly and accomodating. All of my services were great and I will defienetly return for more pampering.

Sandy is awesome. Fawnfeather Spa & Salon is by far the best salon in the area! Sandy is awesome and I have referred many people to her!
