Worst service EVER!. Waited over 3 hours for a tow when I was 10 minutes from their location. When I called AAA to find out what was taking so long they LIED to AAA and said they spoke to me and I said I didn't need them. Their lack of service and integrity are unacceptable. Do not use them.

Best service when your in a time of need!! Professional and courtious!!. I was at school last week around 5:30 pm and my car wouldn't start. I was concerned that I couldn't find someone to help me get my car back home and traffic was getting pretty congested in the Winter Park area. I went into the building where I just finishing my class and asked the administration office for a phonebook. I found an ad about TRL Towing and called them immediately. I spoke directly to the owner and he made it certain that he would have someone there within 20 minutes. His tow truck was on campus within the time the owner mentioned and I was on my way home. They charged me a fair rate and the service driver was clean cut and easy to deal with. Recommend TRL towing when you need fast response and at a good price!!
