I Love this place!!!. Saw a great offer they were running in a local publication. Thought I'd try out Manhattan Tanning for some discounted coloring. I am so glad I decided to go in. I loved everything about this place! I highly recommend this establishment!

THIS PLACE WILL ROB YOU BLIND!. First of all THIS PLACE DOES HAVE AN AGREEMENT, they say no CONTRACT OR MEMBERSHIP FEES. however when you go to cancel your "agreement" yet they have no contracts , you must send a certified letter and give a 30 day notice... WHY???? If there are NO CONTRACTS. either way..... THEY WILL NOT REFUND THE MONEY AND IT WILL BE TAKEN OUT REGARDLESS ........ DONT GO TANNING @ MANHATTEN TANNING !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

STOLE MY MONEY. Cancelled my account by sending a Certified Letter on 6/13 (per their rules). My bank account was still drafted on 8/4. When I called to receive my refund, the manager, Noel, told me that there is no possible way that they can "refund" the money they stole from me. She insisted I have to dispute it with my bank - which takes 60 business days! DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR BUSINESS!
