Very Compassionate

I took our cat into the clinic on July 4, 2009 and the entire staff was very nice and considerate. Yes, they get estimates together before any treatment and I can understand why. I ended up having to have our cat put to sleep and they were very caring. Everyone was nice. I will go there again if I have another emergency on the weekends

Worst possible place for dog emergency care

Absolutely no compassion for our sick baby and treated the four hour experience with more interest in "estimates" for the various procedures. Cold and business-like the entire time. Tech was especially cruel. Just to think about that night I start to cry, then get very angry. Very bizarre treatment at an extremely sensitive time. What goes around, comes around!

• Cons: No compassion; Greedy; Insensitive; Lack of Proper Hygiene
