What more can I say, Always out of product almost every time I go, people who work there never seem like what is going on or mix up orders. my friends and co-workers stopped going to this location and have to drive all the way down Highway 50 into winter garden when we live and work only 10 minutes from the clermont location and because we all love Dunkin so much we will make the drive but some days its just faster to go to Starbucks down the road. Today I went to go give another try for myself and get coffee for my co-workers- ( It had been 3 weeks time ) They were out of caramel for iced coffees and hardly any ice in the cup, so by the time I got to work (10 mins.) down the road, basically melted and everyone who I had bought coffee for hated it and threw it out.. I can now say to myself and my co-workers behalf we will no longer bring business to this location!!

Never 100%. I write this being a long time DD fan. Coming down from NY many years ago I appreciate the value and the taste of the DD brand of coffee. Moving to Clermont about six months ago i sought out this location as being the closest to my house. I've come in and ordered as well as visited the drive through at least twice a week, every week.

They always seem to have a very friendly staff but they are always out of something. I try to mix my order up a bit and get something different once in a while and almost on every occasion there is something that is not available.

I have witnessed the store to be cluttered up front and the trash seems to always be overflowing. The store is clean overall but little things just seem to be out of order. The condiments are often empty, making me ask the manager to replenish.

I will most likely continue to visit the store but if there were another one in the area, I would try that one.

Hopefully, someone at the location will read this and see that the little things do make the difference.
