Great Staff. The Ice Princess were so funny when we were there, they love to party and let us take photos with them inside the ice bar even thought they were freezing. It is cold in there, and the vodka is good.

Edited review. Edit: My account has been charged for the proper amount now and it is reflected in my online statement so thank you very much to the owner for correcting the situation. I recind my review.

They include fifteen percent gratuity on the bill for every drink which I didn't mind because I was going to tip fifteen percent anyway. Then on the spot for gratuity, I wrote, zero, already included and put the total underneath. Well, the next day I see that they charged me 13.80 for a ten dollar drink so the bartender got a 35% tip when I wrote on the bill 11.50. Then, my second six dollar drink was charged for 8.28 when I wrote 6.90 so he got almost a forty percent tip for that one. It's not enough money to bother with but enough to piss me off with their rip off policies and dishonest bartenders. It's not like you don't pay enough to get into the damn bar and for your expensive drinks, the bartender has to be an ass too. The ice bar itself is really cool and the drinks are good but no one stays for long, no one dances and there's no one there. So, it's a lot of money for about an hour of entertainment.

It IS certainly a bother to me, and I am the owner. If we have dishonest bartenders, THANK you for letting us know, I will personally review your charge slips today, give you credit, and fire whomever is responsible. You have my word on this. Icebar does NOT have rip off policies - and we will talk all steps to stop this from ever happening again. That is a promise.

Awesome Place!!!. What a lovely place! The staff were so friendly, the drinks were delicious, the atmosphere was both fun and snazzy. I had an absolute blast here. When you go, say 'hi' to Patz for me!

Great Place. Went to a party at the ice bar. It was for a birthday and they gave balloons and a VIP area to the group. Nice touch - although they declined to sing! The ice room has some very good carvings and the other bar is comfortable. We liked the light up tables and chairs, good music, too. The DJ was very good and everyone danced. I thought it was a bargain for a night out with something very different. We'll go again for party time.

Hot Hot Hot Ice Bar. Inside the ice bar in Orlando is ice carved by a master carver. It has ice walls and ice chairs and even an ice thrown that makes a great picture. they onlly serve vodka because it doesnt freeze, but it tastes totally different in the glass which is also ice, and recycled! Really, they just let them melt and water the plants, not use them again - so they say! Our first time there we got a warm cape, and then we got gloves, I think I'll take a heavier pair next time, my fingers got cold from the glass. They had a machine that had nitrogen to cool the drinks in the bar outside, and the bartender made us a drink with no ice, but still cold. That was cool. It was $15 to get in, we booked ahead, and very reasonable for drinks, about half what they are in the hotel we stayed at. only $8 for first and less for more. We liked the DJ who was playing, it was very nice in the lounge.

WHAT A COOL PLACE. Went for the first time and we had an absolute ball at the Ice bar. The staff was very friendly and explained everything to us, they gave us these cute capes with fur hoods and put them on us, then gloves and a list of drinks we can get inside. The bartender told stories and jokes, the music was great, the other guests having fun. We warmed up in the outside bar, the fire bar, and had the best margarita in our lives. We are definately going back there again. GO its FUN

very disappointing. Purchased (non-refundable) tickets @ a very well know vendor in town on 2/12... it rained ... tickets were good until 4/13.

Tonight (2/13) we tried to go there... missed the 8:45pm 'entry' and hung out @ a bar next door until the next entry time: 9:30pm... there was a line.. our turn: only now we are told it's a private party... the manager comes and points to a non-existing sign outside... oh what happened to it. But we are leaving Orlando tomorrow am.. She says: There is nothing I can do..besides: I have not yet been paid by the ticket-outlet for your visit !@#$%

A good manager would have just let us get a short glimpse and a picture of the Room ... not her!

Don't go there!!! Save your$$$

tickets are between $15,- 20,- per person

Very Cool Bar. The largest ice bar in the world was a very cool place - we loved the ice glasses and bought a snow globe with our picture in it to remind us of a great time we did not expect to find in Florida. Great staff is very upbeat and happy to tell stories (wonder if they are true) about the bar and how it got started. We recommend it!

Good place to go on International Drive. We finally made it to Icebar after seeing it on the Travel Channel. It was great. There were lots of people there, probably because it was a Saturday night. We booked at the special price online, and I think it was worth the money to see all the carvings and drink out of an ice glass. We stayed in the regular part of the bar because the music was very good, the DJ was the best I have heard in Orlando. I used to not like vodka, but after tasting a few of the flavors I have to admit I am thinking of buying the butterscotch flavor, it was like nothing I have ever tasted before. The bartender said the ice glass makes it better, and that we can go online and find a mold to make our own. That would be cool.

Go to Ice bar, it is a very neat way to have a great night out and do something entirely different.

ICEBAR doesn't live up to hype!!. We were promised a "chill time" but when we go to this joint all we got was a bunch of lip from staff when we asked to see inside the place before we paid our hard earned cash. The place doesn't have any people in it; better to go down the street to the piano bar where there are fun things going on. Inside the icebar isn't worth the money when you can get a pitcher of beer next door for $5. Spend your cash somewhere else
