MYRESERVATIONSERVICESCOM FRAUD & GORELAXTIME!!! BE CAREFUL. MyreservationservicesWEBSITE is fraud! they are the same people of GO RELAX TRAVEL OR GO RELAX TIME LLC! SCAM. dont even try to call them you wont ever get your vacation if you purchase from this company. I , like many others participated in a radiostation contest , LA NUEVA 87.7 FM in washington dc. a spanish station, . they were promoting a prize of orlando vacations with all included if you answered correctly to a very simple question, so I did and the first thing they asked is for your credit card so you can get the confirmation for the reservations. You get a receipt on the mail later of the $259.99 that I paid through the phone supposedly for taxes and activation fees so the reservation could be open for 9 months so I could choose the time/. Of course i didnt get the package then all is completely bogus they say you have to pay for fees when you try to claim the hotel and everything ! they just want your money n u dont get anything back ! DONT DO It!

Yo como muchos otros latinos , inclusive americanos q han comprado por la website de esta compania he sido estafada. En mi caso participe en el concurso de la radio LA NUEVA 87.7 DE WASHINGTON DC. No entiendo como esta estacion se presta a esto , a promocionar LADRONES. Esta gentte, estafa pidiendo tu trajeta te cobran $259.99 por cargos q no existen y ganas un premio q al final no existe . Te mandan un recibo por correo y te tratan de engañar cada ves q los llamas. Estoy intentando q me devuelvan el dinero. Visa, y mi banco estan haciendo una investigacion y los denunciare por BBB y donde pueda !!! PORFAVOR CUIDADO NO CREAN EN ESTOS ESTAFADORES

DO NOT DO THIS PLEASE!!!. This is a HORRIBLE company all I have seen them do well is rip people off. They pretend not to speak english if you try to deal with them in english. I can shop the internet every day of the week (like most of us) and can find a Domincan vacation for easily $900.00 FLIGHTS INCLUDED, all inclusive and not have to listen to the sales pitch......Unless you just like undue aggrivation, cancelling your bank cards and drama to spare.DON'T DO IT PLEASE!

SPAM. FRAUDE, TIMO, ESTAFA!!!!!. Estoy de acuerdo con todas las personas que dicen que esta compaía es un TIMO. Como a tantas otras personas, participé en el "supuesto" concurso de radio, Mega Radio CHICAGO 95.5 (otros estafadores que siguen poniendo anuncios de esta compañía en la radio) y "gané" tres viajes. Me cobraron más de 400 dolares, me prometieron que estaba TODO incluido y ahora resulta que ni el avión ni nada está incluido. Esta gentuza sabe cómo actuar. te hablan rápido, apenas entiendes lo que dicen, te piden la tarjeta de crédito con una excusa barata y después te dicen que tú les autorizaste.

Yo ya he puesto la denuncia en el BBB. Me timaron ayer y hoy he puesto la denuncia. Espero poder recuperar mi dinero, aunque debería exigirles indemnización por fraude, estafa y mezquindad.

La gente que habla bien de ellos obviamente son trabajadores de la misma compañía o gente a la que pagan por hablar bien.

Espero que a los trabajadores les pese en la conciencia todo lo que hacen, porque realmente NO HAY DERECHO.

Scammers. This company prides its self on making people think they have won something but really by the time its all over they will have spent many time over what a vacation should cost.

They are trying to take advantage of hard times.

they will charge you for winning and then charge you for making the resv and then charge you some more for arriving at your vacation and then charge you again when you check out of your crap hotel.

BEST VACATION OF MY LIFE!!. I was told of GO RELAX from close friendships and purchased a package from them at a very good price. The lady at the phone was very helpful and she helped me understand all of the steps in detail. At first you are like WOW!! THAT'S IT! is very easy they take care of making the reservations I just had to confirm back with them when I had a date in mind of the trip. I stayed in Villas de Ifa Bavaro in the Dominican Republic and was fully satisfied. The resort was paradise and enjoyed every second of it! The trip was originally for me and my girlfriend but she was not able to come so I went with a friend and from the both of us THANK YOU GO RELAX! for giving us the best vacation of our lives.

Dont do it! son lo peor!!!. I'm one of the stumped that give this people the credit card number, i was so happy i because they say that i goat a free vacation I was driving and i was no thinking, this people are so bad don't do a deal with them Please dont be stumped like me

Porfavor no se deje enganar me hicieron trama yo estava manejando cuando los llame y todo paso tan rapido que no me dio tiempo de pensar y tambien al estar uno tan emocionado cualquiera le mete gato por liebre,Ya estan advertidos no se dejen joder y lo pocitivo que leen son ellos mimos haciendo se pasar por clientes satisfechos.

Different experience. i had a different experience than what i read here. i purchased a package from Go Relax. I just traveled to Puerto Rico and it was fantastic. Sol Melia resort on the beach. The price would have been over $800 but i paid less than $300. plus i still get one more place to go to.

I called from the radio but they told me i was paying an activation fee for the package...

who knows... but i loved it and would recommend for the price.

BIG SCAM - DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY MONEY. My girlfriend came into my office today excited about a contest she just won on the radio. Immediately after explaining the trips I became worrisome, then she explained how all we had to pay was a registration fee of $250. For most Americans we know this is a red flag, you should never have to pay money if you won a contest. I went online only to find numerous reports of fraud and brutal customer services. We tried calling to cancel and we were just transferred from person to person and left on hold for long periods of time. So we went to the bank to cancel the credit card.... please be careful and don't do business with these guys, they are taking advantage of Latin Americans who aren't familiar with these types of telemarketing scams.

VERY CONCERN!. WELL I WAS LISTENING TO THE RADIO, LA MEGA IN CHICAGO! THEY SAID WHO KNOWS WHO'S THE PERSON WHO SINGS THE SONG BIDI BIDI BOM BOM! OF COUSE I CALLED AND SAID SELENA I WAS THE WINNER! WELL THEY SAID I WONA TRIP TO ORLANDO FOR 5 DAYS 4 NIGHTS & A 2 DAY TRIP TO LAS VEGAS! EVERYTHING PAID! WELL THEY WHERETALKING SO FAST ! ALL I UNDERSTOOD WAS THERES A ACTIVATION FEE OF $283 PLUS A $89 FEE FOR THE 3RD TRIP! SO I WAS LIKE OKAY THATS NOT BAD! FOR 4 PPL! WELL OF COUSE I GAVE MY DEBT CARD #.. SO THEYSAID I WAS GOING TO RECIVE A PACKAGE IN THE MAIL.. WELL THEY CALLED ME AND THEY SAID THEY WANTED ME TO GO ONLINE TO PICK THE HOTEL WHERE I WANT TO STAY IN... IM LOOKING AT THE BOTTOM OF THE WEB PAGE AND I SEE IT SAYS AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE WILL BE MADE WHEN BOOKING THE HOTEL! OKAY SO IM LIKE WHAT!!! I HAVE TO PAY MORE MONEY!!! OH HELL TO THE NO! THIS WAS SOMTHING I WON!!! OMG I ALREADY PAID AND IM READING ALL THE GOOD & BAD COMMENT PPL ARE SAYING AND ITS MAKING ME GO BANNAS..... WHAT SHOULD I DO?
