Rip Off

Terrible service. He picked up the computer with an estimated charge of $175 but to get the computer back the charge was $318. He did not call with updates on the repair as promised - I had to keep calling for status. The computer did run when it was returned but he charged $140 for reinstalled computer upgrades which was not performed. I called to complain and he denied saying he had performed the upgrades even though the receipt says it was done. If you want service for your money, don't use this company.

Great service takes time to explain everything and it just works. I dont know how they repair laptops nor do I want to , but it is working and it is just all I need.
