Run for the Hills!! There are other spas out there who will treat you like gold!. If you wish to spend a lot of money and be treated like cattle, then you've found your place! They are so nice to you on the consultation, but once you are in the door, you are just a number. They screwed up my Botox, the laser was never strong enough to make a difference and they tried to charge me a $25.00 no show fee for an appointment never missed. Then they felt that was getting a $25.00 no show fee was more important that the THOUSANDS of $$$$ we have spentwith them. The situation was treated very poorly. They do not believe their customer is valuable to them....they just move on to the next dumb bunny to walk in. Look for them to go out of business with this type of poor customer service in this economy! By all means, do not buy a package with them
