Love, love, love this place! Everyone who works here is so professional...and friendly. I've been getting my color and haircuts here for over 6 months and have never been more satisfied with the services and family atmosphere anywhere else. The results of my colors and styles have always been exceptional...I will never go anywhere else again!

Worst experience I've ever had. DO YOUR SELF A FAVOR AND NEVER GO TO THIS SALON INSIDE THE 'BLOOMING BEAUTY' SUPPLY STORE!!! I went to this salon after the girl who usually does my hair had quit the salon upstairs and they had no openings the day I needed a cut. I had showed the woman who cut my hair (who I later found out was the president) a photo, but told her I wanted my hair to remain longer than the length in the photo. She spent a total of 5-10 minutes on my cut. When she was finished my hair was even shorter than that of the photo. During the cut she did nothing but insult me (you have terrible roots, you need an eyebrow wax) and try to sell me other services. The price for a cut in the brochure was $30 I was charged $50 for what she called "styling" which involved just drying without using product or shaping. When I got home I realized my hair was completely uneven in the back and chunks had been "razored" out of my layers. When I returned the following day and asked for my money back so that I could go to another salon to get it fixed (I understandably did not want her touching my hair again) I was told by the 'president' in her broken english that "we don't do that" "there is no one above me" and "I am very busy, you have to leave." I ended up having to spend $70 to fix this terrible job, and even after complaining to the Mall guest service I have not seen a dime or heard an apology. DO YOUR SELF A FAVOR NEVER STEP FOOT IN THIS SALON INSIDE THE 'BLOOMING BEAUTY' SUPPLY STORE!!!
