Disappointing Experience. Ordered a bike and two saddles from Glory Cycles one week ago today. We were supposed to recieve the order on Friday. Called on Wednesday and was told everything was a go. Called again on Friday to see if the order had come in and was informed order had just shipped! Called back to find out when the other half of the order would ship but our call was not returned. Stopped by the shop today and they have not received any part of our order. I get it that they can not help when the manufacturer ships the product, however SOME form of communication with the customer is EXPECTED. Drove all the way to Gainesville to get what we wanted. I'm all for supporting your local bike shop but this was a very disappointing experience.
