AWFUL. The guy who gave me my last manicure here was freaking BRUTAL. He was rough, rude, and cut my cuticles way too close to the nail bed. It was a terrible experience. The service was cold and unfriendly. And frankly, all the fluffy pillows in the world won't make this a comfortable spot to go. I am never, NEVER going back there again. Thank goodness.

I love my nail care!. I am a faithful customer for about 2 years. The nail technicians are very welcoming. All are highly trained and knowledgeable. This is the place to feel pampered! Everytime I want to spend "Mommy/daughter time" with my 11 year old, this is where we go. We both get the works, pedicure, manicure, paraffin wax, eye-brow waxing... they are great! I love that they are very careful and clean... once you become a client, you will get your own "box" (which is labeled with your name). It contains all the tools that will be used exclusively for your pedicure everytime you go. I highly recommend Silver nails!
