Horrible, change of management??. I've eaten at Bruster's up north and here in Lake Mary for years (10+). Something changed since my last visit to Lake Mary's Bruster's. It was horrible! My wife and I spent $23.00 for two quarts of ice cream and 2 shakes. The shakes were nothing but flavored milk. We asked them to thicken it up and you couldn

Only thing as good as the ice cream is the customer service!!. I am an ice cream nut with two young children. We all love stopping by Bruster's on hot afternoons, and sometimes even cold evenings. If you've ever had Bruster's ice cream, you'll know it's worth freezing your backside off. I always noticed that the customer service at my local Bruster's in Oviedo was excellent. Then I went to the Bruster's in Lake Mary and was equally impressed. Then I caught a glimpse of the franchise owner. Same guy. I don't know what he does to motivate his employees, but they are so happy, I wonder if I should get a job there! I am notorious for special requests, too. They are always willing to accomodate me. By the way, if I may make a suggestion, the Peanut Butter Puddles ice cream is fabulous. Especially if you put it in a blast with half vanilla, half Peanut Butter Puddles with half Reese's cups and half Reese's Pieces. C'est magnifique!

Great ice cream, a lot of flavors to choose from. Great little ice cream shop in Lake Mary (next to Gators). The employees are young which makes customer service interesting...but not bad. They're prompt and eager to help you. They obviously love their jobs. If the order isn't right, they'll do it over and with a smile on their face. But the ice cream deserves a 10+. I love pumpkin ice cream and since Baskin Robins doesn't carry it anymore, they lost my business to Bruster's.
