people that cares. I dont know what the deal is with these bad reviews, although i do see more older bad reviews that newer ones but anyway. These people are fantastic, the staff is outstanding, not only professional but they do care about the little money left in your pocket. I took 2 tv overthere and they were upfront with me, one of them was not even worth it to repair due to the cost of the part, mother board, so they not only said it was cheaper to buy a new one but they also told me good places to buy new tv and which brands will be the best . in regards to the other one, lg 32lcd if someone needs to know, i did get it repair for $120 and they even offered me to get the bad parts replaced. I do have to say though that it took them a good 12 days to repair it, but commo'n people if you want to pay cheap you gotta stick to the old ground shipment, etc. Whoever think they will get any service overnight for no money isn't living in this economy. Other than that I loved it, I loved them and I will continue recomending them

What's the end result?. Sharp USA identified this company as their authorized repair center. Since this was the authorized repair center for my area, I will not purchase another Sharp product again. I'm done with them. Visions Electronics has a lot of promise, but no delivery and pitiful customer service. Technician seems competent enough, but whoever is running their office needs to be replaced. You must keep your customers informed about the status of their problem and company efforts to repair. Three weeks later, no TV, a claim that the part just arrived, and more promises to deliver repaired TV in a week or so. No thank you. Even just for them to return my TV in an un-repaired state is going to take FIVE days. One would think that in a bad economy like this that a company would be anxious to retain customers. The woman I spoke to had no apologies and was way arrogant. She could have cared less whether they did the work or not.

Wonderful People, Great Work, Great outcome. I had an LG television set that I had purchased about 1 year ago . When I had purchased it originally I had contacted Visions Electronics,inc. to com Install it. They were Informative about the whole process and really professional. They had all the tools and merchandise needed to performed the job! Please understand this too was around x-mas i had about 50 people coming over for the holidays. Shortly after my television set was having problems with the audio like the sound wasn't going well with the Image the people at Lg called it Lypsync interference. I had contacted Visions Electronics to come out to check the television set the young lady's lady's at the office that answered the phone was really helpful and informative they really know their stuff ! she set an appointment for Tuesday between 2-4 . the gentlemen that came out was nice and respectful repaired my television set In home and in a Timely manner.

This Company is the worst ever!. This is one of the most unprofessional companies out there. 1st of all. They open at 10a.m. The girl who I spoke to on the phone with to set up my appointment has a really nasty attitude. I think she told me that she is the owners daughter, anyway! She is one real big" You know what". So they come to my house to evaluate my TV. They dont even tell me what they think the problem is, but the want $68.95 to take my Tv away for evaluation. Without warning of their policy the chubby old guy with a beard and his unpleasent tactic refuses a Check and Demands a credit card as of payment. l comfortable in todays world with someone who demands credit cards as of only payment.

So they take my Tv (Yes! I let them) to only bring it back 2 weeks later still Broken to tell me that Parts are no longer available. SCAM!!

I contacted a company in winter park, and they came out fixed my Tv for a low rate and on site. I just want to say Thank you to the Tv company right off Fairbanks, You're The best!

Never again will I do business with Visions Electronics again. I should have known by the name of their compnay.

Only the best. Visions Electronics was so helpful and understanding throughout the time I was working with them. I have already refered other family members and friends. They are just so great. I want to thank the staff for assisting us as much as they did. They really went the extra mile. Please support this local business...you won't be dissapointed.
