CAUTION. This place is extremely disgusting. DO NOT VISIT. Their milk tasted bitter and old. I don't even think it was milk, maybe it was spoiled or something? The hot dogs were under cooked and the buns were stale as hell. The manager is extremely rude and the young employee seemed overwhelmed and overworked while the manager stands there and complains to them for trying to do their job. I don't see how anybody would want to visit this place. They charge for everything, even a little cup of water is a hassle for them and I found a hair in my ice cream cone. When the manager took my order, he smelt of liquor and had a bad attitude. This place needs shut down, it is leaving a disgusting taste in Winter Springs' mouth.

Bruster's Real Ice Cream, Bad customer service. This unit is own by Pakistani, has very bad attitude problem. This unit has hygiene problem, my daughter vomited many time after she eat their strawberry shake.

I FOUND A FLY inside the cup. I wish I can publish the picture of the fly I found.

When I complained this owner showed attitude, said "Never come back to his shop" I tried to complain to Busters head quarter, they took my complain but did not do anything. Nobody should go this shop.

Best Ice Cream Place. This place is fantastic. The customer service I received was better than any other ice cream place that I have been to. I would recommend this place to anyone. In my opinion, the quality is better than that of coldstone creamery. They made my ice cream fresh one time right in front of me , and it tasted like heaven ! Despite there being 10 people waiting for the ice cream to be made, it was worth it because ice cream can't taste any better when its fresh. They also have nathan's. My daughter had some lemonade and some chicken nuggets, with which she was happy with. My son had a hotdog and a smoothie, which he really liked. Overall, 5/5 stars.
