Made me feel worse, not a good experience

Arrived for my first appointment, filled out copious paperwork which was mostly focused on malpractice policies and arbitration details. Receptionist Insisted on payment before service was renedered. Left me sitting in the waiting room for 40 minutes. When I finally got into the doctor's office, the first topic of discussion was payment. They do not take checks, something that is not on their website and which Dr. Liau didn't tell me when I talked to her personally to set up the appointment. I was sent away after all this with nothing. After stealing 40 minutes of my life, Dr. Liau gave me nothing in return. Instead of making me feel better, I left feeling a whole lot worse. Perhaps Dr. Liau is a fine practitioner, but my experience today speaks volumes to me about what her true values are. P.S. The amount of the check was only $80 and it was good.

Amazing Cure for Common Cold by Dr. Belinda Liau!

I am a 32 year old mother of one, work part-time and go to school full time. I have been a regular patient of Dr. Liau's for about a year now and have always been very happy with my treatments. Last week I came down with a nasty cold with body ache all over my back, fever, sore throat, and sinus congestion which I thought I would have to miss work and just suffer for a week which I normally do. But to my surprise, Dr. Liau said she could treat me for that.
Amazingly! After my first treatment, immediately my body ache and sinus was 80% gone and fever 100% gone the next day. I am thrilled to have such a competent and skilled doctor. Dr. Liau’s treatment protocol is amazing which I think is faster than taking antibiotics from a traditional doctor. My husband and mother-in-law were surprised of how much better I felt after just one visit to Dr. Liau. One treatment makes all the difference.

A Very Satisfied Police Officer

I suffer from relapsing and remitting Mulitiple Sclerosis which is the worst kind of MS to have. I have been treated for severe head pressure which I was suffering daily basis as well as body tremors. I also had trouble with weakness and non-coordination in my arms and fingers, numbness and cramping in my legs, and absolutely no energy.
After receiving several acupuncture treatments, my head pressure is almost non-exsistent and my body tremors have gone away completely. After receiving an MRI, I found out that all of the infection in my brain is gone. I am a police officer and sometimes have to be at the shooting range all day and I no longer feel any fatigue in my fingers at the end of the day. I have more energy than I know what to do with. Also, digestion have even improved.
Dr. Liau is genuinely concerned about her patients. Its not all about money with her. She knows the body and is able to understand my specific symptoms and get to the root of the problem so I see results fast. She is also very easy to talk to, I always feel comfortable telling her anything I need to.
