Absolutely 100% Satisfied. Friendly and warm people that are accomodating. Vehicle runs wonderfully and done when promoised. Love that it is returned cleaned and the homemade cookies are a treat. Have told others to try them out.

I LOVE THIS PLACE. It is not often that I take the time to write about an experience with a business, but have been so impressed. From the moment I walked in, I knew this was the place as they made me feel welcome and I could feel that they really cared about me and my vehicle. Called me within a few hours and explained what my vehicle needed and I agreed to the repairs. My vehicle was ready a few days later as they had promised. When I went in to pick-up, Jim took the time to explain everything that had been completed and made a point to let me know all the repairs have a one-year warranty on parts and labor. When I went out to my vehicle, it had been cleaned on both the outside and inside and looked absoutely great. What a treat to get into a clean vehicle. Inside on the passenger seat was a thank you note along with a bag of homemade cookies. But, my experience continued. A few days later, Sue called me to make ... that I take the time to write about an experience with a business, but have been so impressed. Then, a few days later I received a handwritten thank you note in the mail thanking me for my business. WOW, I was stunned again! MY VEHICLE RUNS GREAT. They certainly have earned my business and will recommend them.
