We were doing a 5 property real estate purchase transaction that failed miserably with one of the largest mortgage brokerage companies out of Orlando. They just couldnt procure the right financing for us despite my over 800 credit score. Thomas Mortgage looked at all the contracts and structured the loans at good interest rates, reasonable fees, and error free service. Very Pleased.

Pros: Personal service---KNOWLEGABLE not just an application processor

Cons: nothing that I can think of
