NO ACCOUNTABILITY!!. Rachel Castaneda puts on a great act, I almost believed she wanted to me to be happy with my hair. SHe was given 3 times! First cut was great, second cut she rushed through and I had to fix my bangs myself because I work out of town. 3rd cut she butchered my bangs! I gave her THREE pictures to look at and she cut a chunk right out of the middle, about an inch and a half shorter than the rest of my bangs! Not only did she say that she would just show me how to hide HER MISTAKE! But she also refuses to give me my money back! THe salon itselfs has no say over any of the stylist so they can screw you and there is NO ONE to hole them accountable! DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON!!…

Best Japanese straightening I've found in Orlando. It's hard to find salons in Orlando that offer the japanese straightener, everyone I called only offered the new keratin type. Then I came across Stella Luca, They have 2 stylists that do it. I went in for a consultation, I've had it done many times before, but I wanted to meet the stylists to see if they seemed knowledgeable. They answered all my questions and even knew they stylists I had used in L.A. The cost was a little more then I had paid in the past, but the results were perfect!
