Do not stand by their work or appreciate their customers. I've actually been a customer for several years but no more. I had them come do a yearly tune up on my pool solar system in January. As a result, they recommended additional work resulting in about $700 of work. I had no issues in doing the work, I put my trust and confidence in the company.

I recently noticed (keep in mind Jan / Fe are not pool months) that the system was not coming on during some of the hot days. Part of the January service was checking the sensors; they also relocated the sensor (additional charge) saying it was being shaded.

I called them explaining the issue. I was surprised when they said they would charge me a service call to check it out. I talked to a person who identified herself as the "owner". She was very patronizing to say the least (e.g. talking down to me). I got the perception that they did not like or trust their customers. I pointed out that part of the January service including checking the sensors and relocating one. I had no issue in "paying" for new sensors if that is what the system needed but I should not have to pay a service call. The "owner" would not budge or compromise.

You do not have to give this company your business.

There are too many companies who stand behind their work and treat their customers with respect and appreciation.…
