PIA ESTHETICS DAY SPA. Pia- Winter Park is the best.

I'm sure all employees are great, but I always book Marcela. If not Beatriz is just as awesome. At this time I have only gone for the completely bare; no complains.

This place is clean and cozy!

I love it when Leticia is at the reception desk because she is cheerful. She just makes the experience even better. (Hate when people are working and have the "I don't want to be here attitude."

There is nothing to not like about this place... ok maybe the parking... but that is it.!!!

short times on massages. 45 minutes for an hour massage..... not a plus!

Now usually an hour massage is 55 minutes but this was 45, well 40 for the massage and 5 for my getting undressed and onto the bed.

Best Manicure in Town. I've been to tons of salons/spas, both expensive and affordable, but Pia takes the cake! Not only are their prices reasonable, but my manicure lasts 7-10 days every time. I work with my hands so normally my polish is all chipped after day 2, but not here. Natalia is wonderful. She is so sweet and always takes great care of me and my hands when I'm there. I even brought my mom in because I couldn't stop bragging about this place and her manicure (red polish) lasted 3 weeks.

Best Polish Change!!. I have been going to Pia for some time and asked if I would like a free "polish change" this past time I went to the spa with a new Nail Technician from New York. The girl's name was Natalie and she was so sweet and nice and really took her time with my nails... literally "transformed" them. She also recommended some great products for repair that I decided to buy and really like. I scheduled another appointment with a 20% discount they are having, through October, to try the Manicure experience with her... and it was everything and more than I expected. Great customer service and results... I give it a 10!!

Good. I went in "pia" for pedicure.

Great staff, friendly, good products.

But one thing. On the menue they say that procedure lasts an hour and they ask 65$ for that, which I agree to pay for an hour. But it was like 35-40 minutes only. So all my impression unfortunately was broken.

Warm and cozy. I found pia online. it seemed like the best place to go for my first time. the receptionist, place, and waxer were very nice. i took my best friend along for her first time and it went great. i would highly recommend it to others

Excellent Service! Very Professional!. This is a great place to get pampered and you walk out of there looking great. The spa has a very calming and relaxing atmosphere. The professionals that work there are very knowledgable and friendly. They also have a large menu of services. I have been there on 8 occasions for a waxing and was extremely pleased each time. I am now a loyal customer. They have great prodcuts as well. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends. I have nothing but positive things to say about Pia Esthetics, you get excellent results each time.

Great bikini wax. They were able to fit me in last minute and Gosia did an amazing job. I look great "down there" with minimal pain or time. Prices fine. The salon itself is very cute. Great work!
