Don't go there!! After my third visit, I had enough. I really tired them but, just kept getting worse and worse with each visit. Plus, major attitude with the receptionist and one of their other stylist.

The Absolute BEST Salon Ever!!!. I cannot say enough about this salon. The owner Scott is always so friendly and the receptionist is so accommodating as soon as you walk in the door. If you are looking for a snooty salon then don't bother going here. Everyone is so down to earth and when you walk in you feel like you are at home. I am the pickiest person EVER about who touches my hair and Alan is the most fabulous hair stylist! I know this because I have been to almost every salon in Orlando looking for a decent haircut and I have been to lots of other salons in many other states as well. I have naturally curly hair and no one has ever been able to cut it right. I have never been to a stylist where I can walk out the door and my style last for 4 days without having to wash my hair or restyle it. Alan is just that good at what he does. He knows hair, he knows what he is doing, and he always wants to make sure you are 100% satisfied.

DON'T go to Alan! Cut off 11" instead of 8".. The Cut & Color room is not an upscale salon, nor worth your time and money. I've been going to Alan for years; he's been okay, but after my last experience I hope to never see him, or the salon, again.

I asked Alan to cut off 8" so I could donate to Pantene. Alan informed me he didn't have a ruler (I've never had to bring my own ruler before). While trying to figure out what to do another worker mentioned a piece of paper is 8 1/2". I agreed to 8 1/2" and Alan created two pony tails, showed me, and a I agreed. This is where things went south. Alan moved them to the back and snipped them off. They looked longer than I expected but I didn't say anything because I figured it was the initial shock of losing 8 1/2" of hair.

During the entire haircut Alan talked non-stop about how bad other stylists are, how many bad colors he's fixed, etc. As he was cutting, and cutting...and cutting (in places well above my neck) I told him it looked really short. He replied "shut up--I'm not cutting anymore; I'm just doing the layers". He laughed, like he was joking about the shut up, but he was totally disrespectful and unprofessional.

When I got home I measured the hair he cut....it was ELEVEN inches!!! He used the wrong side of a piece of paper! I immediately called the salon and was only able to speak to the receptionist--she informed me she would tell Alan right way and then hung up. I never heard from her, or Alan again.

No professional stylist uses a piece of paper to measure hair. And everyone knows that a piece of paper is 8 1/2" x 11". Alan never called to apologize or offer to make things right.

Alan is anything but professional - don't trust him and don't waste your money.

Worst Haircut and Color Room. Matthew might just be the worst "hairdresser" I have ever encountered. His haircutting skills make him an excellent candidate for "Super Cuts" as a hair washer.

He has no concept of hair color and will DESTROY your hair. So, if you want over-processed color and a haircut that looks like a 5 year old did it...Then Matthew at the Cut & Color Room is clearly a #1 choice. Shame on the owner for allow this incompetent boy to be destroying hair.

Thanks for making my wife happy. We meet the owners at a dinner party and after they listen to my wife recount every bad salon experience she had, since moving to Orlando, they gave her a card and offered their salon to help make her happy.

We were surprised to see both owners working when we went in for our visit. Jeff at the front desk was efficient, polite and very professional. Crystal had great knowledge while cutting and coloring my wife's hair. So I decided to get a haircut too. The owner, Scott, stopped by to say hello and check on the progress, then he was off to another client.

We could not believe how busy they were and the salon was everything they said it was going to be. Life is better when your wife is happy.

I strongly recommend their salon.

I LOVE MY HAIR & SKIN. I finally used my Mothers Day gift card and treated myself to a facial and highlights. The facial lady Gigi was amazing and with my new highlights I look and feel 10 years younger- thanks to Rebecca. I won't be waiting till next year for another visit.

Boring. My wife got her hair done here once and instead of a serene day at the spa got a disaster. The staff was exceptionally snooty and unfriendly.. The only real enjoyable moment was checking out, so she could finally leave. This is not an upscale salon!!! Compared to NYC and LA this is like a cost cutters, hair cuts at the cut and color room should be more like $5 but thats even a bit pricey for what you receive.

Very Happy Client. After spending 2 years in Iraq, I was happy to find my favorite hair salon had moved to a beautiful new location. I love it! My stylist, Charlotte, remembered me and my color formulation. It only took her one visit to get the Iraq damaged ends back in shape and my color red and vibrant.

Great Hair - Management is a horror show. Salon is moving to new area to attract more professional clientele. Also, current clients can't afford their prices or their products. Salon reminds me of "Big Brother is Watching You." Management are control freaks.
