I worked for Disney for 7 years and I
got hired through the casting center. I have been there quite a few times with cross-training and in-cast job opportunities and interviews, like opening a new park or resort. It's actually a pretty easy way to get a job so long as you pass the basic math test and the phone interview. The interview is basically a psychological review to weed out anyone not proper for the job. Most applicants find out the same day as the face-to-face interview if they have the job or not. You then go to traditions which is a 2 week training class. It isn't full pay during the traditions training days, but it is definitely worth the time you put in. I loved my job at Disney and the perks of the job out weigh any others I have had elsewhere.
online interviews. expect the unexpected...I'm not sure how it's done but after taking an online interview with WDW through Casting Center...I don't know how they can relate someones experiences or their worth from the questions asked. It's ridiculous!
Editorial Review. This casting center offers housekeeping, entertainment, concierge, bus driving, culinary, custodial and other Disney employment opportunities.
