Outstanding customer service by Buca di Beppo. 9/3/2011

We had a great experience in Buca Di Beppa in Maitland, florida

Alan in the front desk did an outstanding job in giving a TOUR.

Andrea took the reservation a week ago, she is quick, sharp , intelligent and made things possible when she was extremely busy time. Awesome attitude. She is a great wonderful person.

Jessica - the person who served went out of the way to serve, all our guests and birthday boy was really happy, Jessica, Andrea and Alan are great asset to the restaurant. Joseph Fischer really cares for the people and customers. He cares, enquires and checks if everything is ok or anything we can make it better

Just go for Dessert!. Just go there for dessert and sit at the bar. You'll get great service because you'll be the only two there.

Bad service, such a dissapointment. Went to Buca for my 25th birthday after a really rough year. Wanted to go somewhere nice, never have been let down before. DO NOT get served by MICHAEL. Even though we had been before, he gave us the tour of the kitchen. When we ordered drinks, I pointed out that it was my birthday, and he commented that it was everyone's birthday in this particular room. He kept winking at my boyfriend throughout the meal. Was not very attentive. Never asked if we wanted more drinks. Sang Happy Birthday and gave cake to the other two tables in the room. Gave us the check and nothing else. Food was good as usual, service really sucked. Reported our experience to the front counter and they tried to make up for it by giving us cake and a gift card. We were planning on returning for a graduation, but now we will be seeking other plans. Buca really let us down. They need to be more discerning when hiring wait staff.

Excellent Italian dishes and veal marsala. We have lunch or dinner occasionally at Buca de Bepo at the Florida Mall, and have never been disappointed by the quality and quantity. It is old Italian cooking, family style. the portions are normally for two people but they have single portions at lunch. I love veal marsala which used to be on the menu but was not a big seller. However, they can still make it for you because they use veal for other dishes and sell chicken marsala. The prices are competitive with other local restaurants of lesser quality.

Lots of good food for a good price.. Great for the kids or just the two of you not very romantic but this resturant is not desigined for that.You feel like your at grandmas.

Go Hunrgy. This place is a fun filled place with all the pictures on the wall. Kids love the fact that you get to go thru the kitchen. The food is outstanding and the amount of food well let's just there is enought to feed a small army.

Best calamari in town!!!. can not say enough about this resaurant. The service, ambience and food are above superior. And the price will shock you on how inexpensive it is.

Yum!. Ate there for the first time last night and everything was outstanding! The garlic bread with mozzarella is a must as is the pan fried fresh mozzarella! The atmosphere is a bit loud and overwhelming, but fun! Good place to take the kids without worrying about them keeping quiet.
