Great Experience. I'm surprised by the reviews listed here. I did not have a bad experience with this dealership at all. My husband and I do not have great credit and they were able to accomidate us, got me the truck I wanted and in the payment range I needed. They treated me and my family very well and I've recommended them to a few friends who have mentioned they're looking for a vehicle. Our salesman was James and he was very knowledgable and friendly. I originally went with my son the night I went to look at the truck the first time and James was so kind to him. He did not seem annoyed or bothered that there was a child along for the ride. Jeff who is the finance guy we dealt with is equally as nice as James was. I really enjoyed my time at Nations Truck and could not say a bad thing about the dealership or the people we worked with.

Better than other local truck dealers!. I searched all over central Florida for the truck I wanted. I had to have the king cab and all the options! I couldn't find it anywhere for over 2 months. Some dealers said they would call back if they got one like I wanted in, but I never got a call from anyone. Not even a 'Hey we still don't have exactly what you're looking for but we have some that are similar. Did you find a truck yet?' Nada. Except from Nations, they checked in with me once every week to week and a half until they finally had the truck I wanted. I'm glad I didn't settle for a lesser truck at GIbson like my wife wanted to. She was tired of walking car lot after car lot. Nations has a better warranty and a much better sales department! So glad I took my business to Nations!

Absolutely horrible place... I walked around looking for a truck and no one came out. I was there for about 15 minutes in what was a very very light sprinkle. You would think these were little "girls.." that thought they were going to melt, OR just didn't want to help a client.

I called upon leaving to see if they were even open due to it being a new building in Sanford. Come to find out they were. I was on speaker phone with the finance manager who asked me to come back, but I was already on my way to Gibson and a couple of other places to look at a truck. I advised him of this and he told me the owner was in his office and was on his way out to chew the sales people out. (first of all) you should not have to chew them out THEY SHOULD KNOW THEIR JOB!

I work in the car industry my self, my dad has been a GSM at a GM dealer for 37 years.. knowing your customer or at least offering assistance is key along with SERVICE. (Neither of which they seem to know anything about.)

The finance manager told me to give him the information on what I was looking for and he would have his sales manager give me a call. Instead I told him to have him email me with the information as I don't like to be hassled 22 times a day on the phone. Did I ever receive an email? (no sir)..

Horrible service, and after further review on ripoffreport

It seems they have some crap business practices as well. They stiffed this guy on his truck, and I doubt whatever they come back and say will resolve what they did to him. Buyer Beware... Gibson by the way wasn't much better either... Do your research, find a family owned dealer and look around carefully. ALSO get your truck independently inspected before you get shafted!
