10 out of 10!. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our meal at Black Angus Steak House. Our steaks were cooked to perfection! We will without a doubt be back again, a 10 out of 10 for sure!

Greaaat Service!. Overall, the atmosphere, service, and food is outstanding. We visited a few years ago and returned to town today. This was the first place we chose to go hoping it was the same quality as in 2008....it was!

Amazing Restaurant. When my family goes out to dinner we all love going to Black Angus. The food is delicious, the service is friendly and quick- what else can you ask for?! I've never had a meal I didn't like and I know we will be coming back again soon!- L.H

HOT AND DELICIOUS.
If you were to ask me how my meal was at Black Angus Steakhouse in Orlando I would say HOT and DELICIOUS! The service was wonderful and I can't wait to go back. Everything was excellent and the specials were so good!

Terrible!. We had lunch at the Kissimmee location. It was a bad sign that only one other table besides ours had guests, in a huge restaurant. I had the 3 filets of beef tenderloin in mushroom sauce. The meat was passable, but there were about 3 small pieces of mushroom and the "sauce"/gravy was congealed and jelly-like. I scraped it off. The big problem was that I was sick all night. This was my only meal yesterday, so it must have been food poisoning from contaminated food. I do not recommend this restaurant. Notice that you can't even contact them online.

The best Steakhouse. My family and I have been going to the Lake Buenavista Black Angus for some time and have always had a great dinner. My faviorite is the large filet and the steamed fresh vegetables. My kids love the mac and cheese on the kids menu and the child steak. And I always save room for the chocolate bomb for dessert. The prices are very fair and this is one place I always take my friends from out of town to and they talk about it for some time.

Why eat here when you can eat out of a dumpster for free?. From the moment we stepped in the tacky decor restaurant, one that is apparently trying to rip off every T.G.I.Fridays possible, it was one let-down after another. The wait staff appeared to be sloppy, and from all the running around they were doing they seemed not to have a leader anywhere in sight. Our waitress did not speak english so we had to point to everything on the menu that we wanted. I'm still not sure how she figured out what we wanted since there were no pictures in the menu. We first ordered onions rings which were undercooked and soggy. About an hour and half later, right after we were deciding on whether to leave or not, our food finally came out. I ordered the filet wrapped in bacon and instead I got two small cuts (of what I guess is steak) wrapped in bacon. I ate one before sending it back. The manager then came out, and even though I did not even ask for a refund or even to see the manager, proceeded to yell at us stating that he 's going to charge me for at least one filet since I ate one. In front of everyone of course, great customer service there... Never have I seen such disregard for the entire operation of a restaurant and the food that came out of the kitchen.
