Good People - Bad Company. I worked there 2 years. The employees are great folk but the company is a back stabbing one. At the end of my term I was told by the leaving manager that I was supposed to be hired/paid according to my experience...he even showed me the company policy papers to prove it. I then knew Sears was a back stabbing company. In the end they stabbed me in the back again by terminating me after I issued an early leave of notice. They also screwed me over with unemployment.

Terrible customer service from the manager. It's amazing this place is still in business. DH and I found an item marked for a great price, went to the register to pay for said item and at the last minute were told the price was incorrect. They marked this item up $200 more. Now I think the correct thing to do would be sell the item as marked to the customer, this was not a mistake on our part. The manager would not agree to the price as it was CLEARLY marked for the set and walked away from us in the middle of our discussion. This was terrible customer service viewed by several other consumers in the store at the time. I'm taking my business elsewhere and will never return.
