Real Texas BBQ in Florida. Take it from a proud Texan (and a Longhorn Fan) that the best BBQ I have eaten comes from Florida and is cooked up by Aggies! (That was "painful" but the pain goes away when you start eating)...In my 46 years, I have not eaten a better BBQ meal, period end of story. Jeff and April have done it right. Every year I get together with my best friend and haul over to Florida for the Daytona 500 for the week and get my fill of the best steak (Del Frisco's) and BBQ (Cecil's) in the land.

Brisket, links, pulled pork (not a Texas "norm" but it's damn good) and ribs...side orders from heaven and REAL fried pies with ice cream. Close your eyes and you're home in Texas!

Next time you are in Orlando, "hook 'em" (I just had to do it!) over to Cecil's and you will feel right at home. Those Aggies finally did something right, God bless 'em. Tell them Dave's buddy from Houston sent you...

Great Texas Styled Barbque. We love Cecil's. The food is great. The sauce bar is interesting.
