Editorial Review for Sunset Sam's Fish Camp – by Natasha Lawrence
In Short
Dockside dining on this 60-foot sailboat is a delicious experience. Chef Scot Prince creates zesty seafood magic with scrumptious crab cakes, crunchy conch fritters, Japanese calamari, and Fisherman's Stew, thick with lobster, clams, mussels, shrimp and fresh fish chunks. The catch of the day is perfectly sauteed, blackened, grilled or broiled. Aged Angus is available for the diehard beefeater. The Key lime tart is a dessert must.

Great food, great staff, great entertainment. We actually sat on a boat inside a hotel (how cool is that). We were seated quickly and the service and food were the best we have had on our Florida vacation and one of the best ever. We asked for the manager and a lovely young lady by the name of Ariel Niles came by and asked if there was anything she could do for us. We said everything was great and we just wanted her to know we loved the restaurant. Ariel thanked us for coming gave us her card asking if we were staying at the Palms Hotel. We said no and she said that we should as it is the best hotel in town. We agreed how cool it was and said we would be back next year. She said if we ever needed anything to please call her or any of the restaurant staff and we would be more than happy to take care of them. I will recommend this restaurant to all my friends and colleagues and tell them all to ask for Ariel as she made a great night even better for me and my wife with her kind words and big smile!
Pros: Seafood, Service, Manager

We came up to Orlando from Ft. Lauderdale and ate dinner at Sunset Sam's. There were 19 of us. The hotel where the restaurant is located is gorgeous. We had entertainment the whole time we were eating. Face painting, fire swallowers, etc. The food was excellent and the service was great. We will definitely be back.
Pros: Food, Entertainment, Service
