This franchise bakery/cafe offers a variety of fresh-baked breads and pastries, made-to-order sandwiches and soups of the day--some served in a hollowed-out sourdough bread bowl. It also offers calzones, pizzas and salads. Those just looking to relax can play a game of Scrabble or chess, or read one of the many daily newspapers provided, while sipping on gourmet coffees and coffee concoctions.
