Travelex needs an overhaul. I called the number listed for this 'service' during normal working hours. I got a voice mail saying they would call back within an hour - they were 'busy' with other customers.

FIVE hours later they called. I was out. I only knew of the call because of caller ID. No message.

I called them back - same recorded message. I won't use their 'services' again. There is NO customer service.

The one time I used the booth at Orlando airport to exchange foreign money back to US dollars I was treated very rudely. I kept the money and changed it when I was traveling elsewhere.

Put one star cause it makes me choose one. They would get NONE otherwise.

High rates. I'm not satisfied. Exceeded rates. Customer service is just ridiculous. Compare to other exchange institutions this one has unbelievably high fees.
