WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE EVER!. WHY CAN'T I RATE THIS A ZERO?! DO NOT STAY HERE EVER!

I don't care if you have to sleep in your rental car!! I just stayed here on June 6th 2011 and all of my stuff was stolen out of my hotel room due to a faulty lock!!

I lost everything. Most of it brand new and very expensive (NYC resident here). To make matters worse the hotel staff was beyond terrible about the whole situation. They wouldn't even call the police for me! Thank goodness I was staying with friends in the hotel or I would of never gotten anything done I was so out of my mind.

The staff was not only extremely rude, they acted like it wasn't their fault the lock didn't work. They refused to give me numbers or names of anyone in upper management and my friend had to argue with them for over 20 mins about being comped the price of the room, I mean we were obvious no staying there after that ordeal!!

Even the officer who answered the call could not believe the situation and strongly advised me to take action against the hotel. Which I will say is now in a pending status as I'm trying to get them to file a report with their insurance company so I can get compensated for my things (over 3k in value!)

I am completely scarred for life by this situation. Not only do I feel vulnerable and violated but I could not believe how I was treated in the state I was in by the hotel staff. Never in my life would I expect such disgusting apathy.

NEVER EVER EVER stay here. I hope no one ever has to go through what I did and surely not because of these incompetent fools.

Wyndham will SCAM you Stay AWAY. Buyer Beware. Poor Customer Service. Wyndham will take your money and run. They won't help you after they have your money. Buyer Beware it is a scam. Don't buy from Wyndham/Fairfield.

Outstanding experience. My wife and I had the opportunity to stay at a Wyndham hotel for the 1st time on a recent visit to Orlando. I have to say, it was a very welcome suprise. From the moment we arrived, we felt very welcome and were treated very well by the entire staff. As a whole, I was very impressed with the staff throughout the visit. The hotel itself did not disappoint us either. The rooms were very neat, spacious, and clean. The grounds of the hotel also offered a wide variety of entertainment as well. From the several outdoor pools and the walking paths around the lagoon to the beautiful outdoor pool bar, we had no problem spending our leisure time. Although it was a little bit on the high end price wise, I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. We really enjoyed ourselves.
