Great Cleaners, Great Owner!!!.
I'm really not sure what to write in here. I would like to thank Jon personally as he always takes great care of my clothes. I had a recent experience at the cleaners that I thought was great customer service and I would like to share it.
I had just purchased a brand new Fendi cocktail dress. I spill a almost full Martini down the side. I thought I had ruined it. I took it to Jon and he assured me that he would try his best to take out the stain. After I dropped it off he even called me personally on the phone and explained that he would need some extra time and that it wouldn't be ready when the ticket said. I was ok with that as it was almost a $600 dress. It took about a week and I spoke with him twice regarding the dress. Its amazing now a days that you can actually speak with a real person much less the owner of the company. I picked the dress up last week and WOW its looks as good as it did when I walked out of Saks. He even had the dress on pink hangers and in a pink plastic bag for Breast Cancer awareness, I thought that was a nice touch.
His dry cleaners is a great asset to the neighborhood around downtown, every time I walk in there I expect to see something going on in the community. He loves the BOONE BRAVES and has a sign out during football season supporting the local schools and charity's. Truly a great company who will always have my business and I will recommend anyone who every asks me anything about clothes to go there.
Thanks for the great service Jon!

Best Cleaners Ever. I have used Jons for a couple of years, but I moved out of the area so I tried a place closer to my house, the first time worked out but the second time my stuff came back unsatisfactory to my liking. The lady said thats the best they can do. Oh well long story short I now go 20 mins out of my way, to let Jon clean my stuff, now my shirts are the best ones in the office again.
Jon's Dry Cleaners, worst dry cleaners ever.
I recently took my wedding dress there for a spot cleaning and to get it pressed. I said I was nervous and the son assured me they do this sort of thing all the time. So i left it there only 5 days before my wedding day. Not feeling like it was a huge deal and it really didn't need much.
I returned to pick it up and under the plastic i noticed there was a huge pull (gathering) all the way down my smooth front silk wedding dress. I had already paid and was told by a lady in the back that the dress came in that way--no it did not, I know my dress- I had had it altered and tried it on a million times. The owner was nice to admit that it hadn't been there when he got the spot stain out and offered to steam it again to get it out. I was so upset and nervous I wasn't sure what to do -so I left it there again to give him a chance to get the pull/gather out. I came there first thing the next morning and it still was not steamed or fixed yet and he said he would call me. So about 3 hours later he called for me to pick up the dress, I rushed over because I didn't want the dress there any longer-who knows what might happen. I was rushed out of the place without really being offered any compensation or even an apology. I just wish they would have said they were sorry , explained how this could have happened and given me the money back at least that i paid.
They ruined my dress!! They did get the pull out so I did wear it on my wedding day and I tried to forget about what happened, but I still have a dress that has two wide fabric differences down the whole front from the waist to the knee. I just had to tell someone, don't take your wedding dress to this cleaners to get pressed or anything for that matter. It was a horrible expierence to say the least.
