The owner was extremely accomodating in helping us choose the menu, it was served family style. Everyone loved the food and the service was great! No one left hungry. Thanks to everyone for helping to make this memorable occassion a special one. You guys are the best and anytime we are in the area we will stop there for lunch or dinner. GREAT FOOD!!
Better then the chains but, not fine dining..
I am very particular about Italian food. I don't like the chains. They all serve frozen entrees. I can do that at home. I had the lasagna here and I can tell that it was definitely made from scratch. For $11 and some change I got the lasagna which came with bread and soup or salad bar along with a drink which also included tax.
This is not fine dining so this is not the type of place you go for the service but, the food is good and made from scratch.
Good food. Go for the food. The lasagne is great, the specials are good values, and the pizza far superior to that of a large chain. Try the Bruschetta if you like Balsamic Vineger - you'll love it. The service can be slow, but usually friendly. Overall a great experience for the money.
Prices are way too high for what you get.
Prices increased. One trip salad bar doubled. Salad bar items changed for the worse. Service is slow, have had rude service. Have witnessed an EE drop togo cups on the floor, pick them up and reuse them for the customers.
Not worth the money. Owner is the rudest person I have come across in along time.
Winter Garden Pizza is THE BEST!!!. Winter Garden Pizza has the best pizza in the area. They beat out all of the chain pizza places by a mile. It's a small town family run business. Their calzones are simply awesome, and we absolutely LOVE their pizza. When they are busy, sometimes the service is a little slow, but that's to be expected at any restaurant during a peak time. They've recently expanded to allow more seating (which tells you just how popular this place is!) and they still have the option of sitting outside and watching the world go by. We love this place!
Not worth it. They say Brick oven pizza, however, they don't have a brick oven. They use a standard deck oven, so they mislead their guests. Second, the service is not that good, it's very slow. I received slow service at 11:30 am, when there wasn't that many people in the place. The pizza sauce taste lemony as if it's exposed to either too much heat and got bad, or just bad sauce. The sandwich I ordered with my slice of pizza was small and hardly any chicken in a chicken parm sandwich. They also hype up their salad bar, but not too many items on it. Think twice before going their.
