People LIE TO ELDERLY TENANTS. ELDERLY PEOPLE NOT TREAT IT RIGHT AT HARBOR BAY >ALSO THEY HAVE FALSE ADVERTISEMENT >HARBOR BAY IS A GHOST TOWN CHANNEL 9 SHOULD BE AWARE OF IT TO BRING IT TO LIGHT WHATS GOING ON .....PEOPLE GETTING LIED TO BOUT SURDEN THINGS<<<AND SOME PEOPLE SHOULD NOT EVEN WORK IN OFFICE OR MAINTNAINCE...NOW THEY EVEN TOOK TV DIRECT TV AWAY >I THINK THATS NOT RIGHT IT IS SUPOSE TO BE INCLUDE IT JUST LIKE OTHER THINGS THEY TOOK AWAY AND THATS ELDERLY SENIOR LIVING???

False advertisement. Elderly rights abused. Leases being terminated before time, elderly being forced to move at the last minute. foreclosed building being sold and elderly dispaced. False advertisement , Harbor Bay in not just a senior community people under the age of 55 live there, no gated community, poor maintenance, mice and roaches

horrid tretment of customer!. I just came from paying my husband's room at Harbor Bay.As usual I go to Loise a lovely lady that always deals with me.I met today a horrid crazy woman that told me they have sold Harbor Bay and she needed to know if my husband was legally married to me or he wouldnt be able to stay.

I told her that sounds illegal and I would deal with that when the time comes and she started telling me off! She said :you better deal with it now"

Then she went back to an office and came back yelling and screaching because I said : what f soot" I don't want to talk about this.

Then she went berzeck! How can someone with this disturbed a mind work in a place like this?

I told this woman repeatedly that I had come only to pay, to stop it.She was irrational, and totally unprofesional.This woman told me off and cursed me out! SHe said: YOU WILL SEE WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO YOU! and I said : what are you going to do to me? She repeated: YOU will see. Well I don't recommend this place to anybody anymore- I don't think it's legal for a person to be let go because he is married_ that's ridiculous- and also this woman is a terribly insane person in need of medication.You shouldnt treat customers like that- first she barges in a conversation that was not hers, then she curses and then she threatens. Well I will have my say too. Don't go to this place unless you like an ingnorant personal to try and upset you with thw worst irrational behavior she can.
