Friendliest People in Town!

My husband and I just moved to Orlando from NY and had the pleasure of working with Kelly and her team to find a one year rental. Kelly and her team went out of her way to help us find the perfect townhouse from running around town and taking pictures for us to helping us get the lease completed while we were abroad in India. With the short amount of time we had, we were only able to make one preliminary trip out to FL, Kelly was absolutely critical in helping us to have such a smooth and flawless transition into a new state. Even now that I've settled in, Kelly still continues to help us out in other ways, from recommending doctors to inviting us out to social gatherings so we can meet new people. She's more than a realtor, she's a great neighbor and friend. We're looking forward to working with her again when we are ready to buy a house here!
- Pros: Friendly, knowledgable, will bend over backwards to make you happy
- Cons: None that I can think of

This is the most unprofessional outfit. They NEVER return your phone calls! I really don't know what its like to do business with them because they never called me back. Whenever I called about one of their listings, they always sounded rushed on the phone, like they couldn't wait to get rid of me, then sent me over to someone's voice mail to leave a message. That person would never call me back. Given that there are five billion realtors in Orlando (along with five billion overpriced houses on the market) I'd give this one a miss a go to an agency that actually values talking to its customers!

- Cons: Unprofessional. Probably uneducated too.
