Ever since I switched my salon service over to Cosmopolitan, it has been a great experience. I have had my hair cut by both Gio and his assistant Krista. I found them both to do excellent work. I couldnt disagree with the other reviewer more as my color came out perfect. I have also been getting pedicures and manicures from Peggy, and I am very satisfied with the finishes and how well the nails hold up as I am on a computer all day at work. The staff is friendly and I always enjoy my time there. I highly recommend Cosmopolitan Salon.
- Pros: Good service. Very knowledgeable regarding hair and facial products.
- Cons: Not on Lake Mary Boulevard.

Horrible Hair

The owner whom I was loyal to for 2yrs decided to hand me over to his asst. While doing my hair she was burping up alcohol in my face from her previous night of drinking. After 6.5hrs of being at the salon my hair come out gray/black/blonde/yellow it was also cloudy and broken. All I simply wanted was blonde highlights in my brown hair. In the end I was still charged $85.00 and was not satisfied! Gio refused to fix what his assistant messed up because I was "making a scene" about my hair....I will never return and Cosmopolitan is NOT RECOMMENDED!!!
