In Short – Burritos for breakfast may not be the norm, but locals go nuts for the handmade tortillas overflowing with meat, veggies and cheese at all hours of the day or night. Betos looks like a fast-food joint (and is priced to match), but the cuisine reflects a sophisticated mix of Tex-Mex, Cal-Mex and Southwestern tastes like enchiladas rojas, fries topped with guacamole, sour cream and steak, fried fish tacos and those gargantuan burritos.
Waiting for a change for the better or back to the Beto's style!!!

Pancho's was originally Beto's and the food was much better as all the previous reviews state. When it was bought by Pancho's and changed over June 22, 08. The food also changed & not for the better. The quality and food portions got worst while the prices went up. I went from two visits there a week with the family and at times friends driving 8 miles round trip depending on where I'm at to no longer go there. I hope they go back to the way that Beto's used to make food. I will try it again in october with the family hope there is a change.
Get the Relleno's until then you haven't lived

The first time I stopped, I was in need of some quick food. I thought this would be a Taco Bell take off. I only wish I lived closer than 30 minutes away! The portions are generous, I have never been able to eat the entire meal. The food is always hot (so you may have to wait when going through the drive through but it is worth it).
I have never had the Chili Rellenos (the item I keep ordering), anywhere else ever - I lived in Texas, talk about some good Mexican food. The Chili's are huge, I am talking 8" long and just oozing cheese, deep fried. I generally can't eat one - but wait, they give you two with your meal, so you pay less than 5 dollars and two meals! Chili's, Don Pablo's, Habanero's can't compare.
I have recommended this to all my Latin friends - for a taste of home cooking at a price anyone can afford.
I wonder if they will expand to other locations?
- Pros: Things don't sit under a hot lamp for an hour; 24 hours/7 days
- Cons: Sometimes you have to wait for the food to be prepared
Oh so good
