Scam Artists. These guys are awful. They sold me a computer that didn't work. They have this "guarantee," where if something they sell you breaks down, they'll keep fixing it until it does work. But if they never really fix it, you're out of luck. And they make the repair process into a huge hassle, so eventually you'll just give up and go away. They fixed my computer, which I bought new from them, at least 5 times, and every time was a HUGE hassle. They'd take weeks to get it done. Then they'd tell you all the work they'd done to it, how much better they made it. They once returned it to me "fixed" and it wouldn't even power on. They claimed they replaced the motherboard multiple times, every time saying, "this new one is a LOT better than that old one." But they had just sold me the old one, so they were basically admitting to selling junk.

Plain and simple, these guys are incompetent at best and more likely rip-off artists.

Very helpful reasonable prices for labor. I had a motherboard fried in a thunderstorm last summer and these guy were quick and very reasonably priced to replace it. I would very easily recommend Cheap Guys to anyone over stores like Best Buy, Staples that charge huge Inspection fees, and even CompUSA who is also pretty good. I would dare say they are the best priced in Metro Orlando.

The question is do you really need your computer fixed or upgraded. Unless you know how to to the upgrades yourself, It's kind of like taking your pet hamster to the vet. 90% of the time it is cheaper just to throw it out and buy a new one.

Unlike the previous reviewer I actually know something about computer hardware. From what he/she described it sounded like the motherboard was indeed bad on their computer. I'd be willing to bet the computer in question was an HP or Compaq which notoriously fail due to cheap components . It had nothing to do with a new power supply or a graphic card. They are in different parts of the case from the CPU. That's kind of like blaming the mechanic who changed your wiper blades when the engine in your Fiat blows up.

DON'T USE THEM!!!. For the love of God, don't put your PC through the torture chamber known as "Cheap Guys Computers". My PC was working fine until I purchased a new video card & power supply through them because they had a good price. BIG mistake. Something went wrong after the install and the computer would only turn on if the CPU was on its side. We took it back to have them check it out and the guy printed out a repair summary and said (and I quote) "here's a receipt so you don't have to pay anything". Lie. We had to pay $50 when we picked it up and it was in pieces. They ripped out the blower assembly and undid the power supply. They told us our motherboard was fried and they would be willing to fix it for $200. We said no thank you, but instead of putting our computer back the way it was supposed to be, they gave us back the pieces. I had to reassemble my PC to find out it didn't turn on. Finally on the 5th try, I could get the CPU to boot so I could dump all of my documents & music onto USBs. If you enjoy throwing money away, then "Cheap Guys" is for you.
