Nice Work!. I recently got three quotes for an awning for my home. These guys had competitive prices and fresh ideas. The salesman that came out was knowledgeable about the fabrics, construction, maintenance, etc. Four weeks passed and my awning was installed on time as promised, I will recommend these guys to anyone, They knocked it out of the park on design. Two thumbs up for customer service.

The Awning Factory Don't use them!. Horrible service. The salesman told me a delivery date. It showed up two weeks late. When the installers put the awning up it was cut nine inches short. They returned with a new one and it did not fit the frame right. The installers left without checking to see if my front door would open. Front door opened about a foot before rubbing the underside of the awming. They came back for the third time and it is still not fixed. After the third time I told the owner to give me my money back and take his awning.

Great experience. Our design firm used these guys for an upscale awning project and it was great. The sales person was very helpful in helping us get the colors and look just perfect. The job was done on time and our client was extremely pleased. Very nice work!

Horrible Service and Customer Service. The project was not designed corrected. The sales person tells you something and the company does different. My awning is holding water and I already called more than 10 times and nothing was done. The side panels does not close properly and after few weeks complaining, they sent some one there but the problems was not fixed and they never came back. You can not believe on what they say. I talked to the owner personally on my location, he did agree with the problems but anything was done after weeks of our conversation.
