Orlando >Bella Vita Medi Spa & Salon
I've had both a signature facial and a deep tissue massage at this place. I purchased a half off depot deal for a facial and a 6 month membership, which gives you 50% off certain services. I will admit I was slightly skeptical after reading some negative reviews online, but decided to check them out. First of all, the spa is beautiful inside. Very clean and welcoming, and I was treated wonderfully by everyone I interacted with there. The facial was great and thorough, very relaxing. And my skin looks and feels great, even a week later! I had a deep tissue massage today by Endi... AH-MAZING!! Those little hands of hers have some serious magical powers! I have had many massages in my days, especially as an athlete who truly needs them after tough workouts or races! She worked out the tension in my muscles like no one else ever has. All I've got to say is that I will, without hesitation, return to Bella Vita for my spa needs. Give them a chance, despite what some reviewers may say! I know I'm glad I did!!
I wont call it a spa instead it's the Worst Place Ever... I purchased a package for my 22 anniversary, talked my husband into coming and what a waste of time. I was so disappointed. We were told to arrive 15 minutes early which we did and ending up waiting half a hour before we were called back although noone else was there. The massage was suppose to be 50 minutes but only lasted only 30. We then waited for the facials while they giggled and walked about. My husband said his was fine but then he had never had one before, I have had several before and knew what to expect. It was awlful, in the end my face felt like it had been rubbed with a gluestick. The manicures were just as awful. The lady did not soak hands, provide any treatment to my cuticles or massage my hands. All she did was paint my nails. THEN we were told that we could not even get the pedicures because something was wrong with the drains and electrical, but at that point I was not even upset, I was ready to GO. We were given a credit for the pedicures but I WILL NOT BE RETURNING OR RECOMMENDING. This place is in a nice location, but thats it. The paint looked like it was done by a bunch of teenagers and obivously the cleaning crew had not been in because the dust on the blinds and ledges was almost as old as my baby. Dont waste your time!
The worst spa experience of my life look at other reviews before you waste your time and money!!!
I was pleased to discover this Aveda
Salon. The stylists are very
professional and competent. One time Nina did my hair, second visit Nina was off and Yara did my hair. Both were great. Love the place.
I have gone to Bella Vita 3 times for
Botox and Fillers, and each time has
been great! The Spa is nicely decorated, and it felt very comfortable to be there for a medical procedure. The staff is wonderful. All my questions were answered and I was put at ease. The results were great, and I have continued to go back as touch ups are needed. Great for customer service I will continue to go back and will recommend Bella Vita to others.
I have been going to MediSpa for the
last couple of years. The staff is
proofessional, friendly and always treats me like a friend who has come to visit. I have taken advantage of several of their services to include chemical peels, microdermabrasion, botox and product purchase. They take the time to discuss products and the advantages of using them without you feeling like they are just telling you things to push product. I would not hesitate to recommend them to a friend or anyone looking for a medical spa.
I have always hated to shave the back
of my neck between haircuts. The laser hair removal has been one of the best things I have ever done. The
treatments were fast and easy. The overall experience was pleasant. The
staff at Bella Vita always made me feel comfortable, and I look forwardS to going back.
I went there for the first time today
and loved it! The employees were
extremely friendly and helpful. The technician, Erin, was a goddess with the botox needle, it was one of the least painful injection sessions I've ever had. I wholeheartedly recommend Bella Vita Medi Spa.
BELLA VITA? MORE LIKE SMELLA SHITA!. WOW! This is probably the WORST spa I've ever treated myself to. I got a spa package from Groupon and when I entered Smelly Shita, I wasn't greeted by anyone but sized up and down by the manager himself. He was slouching behind the counter and already knew I was a "Grouponer" which I later found out through one of the employees that he scuffs at the Grouponers that come in because "we don't make any money off of them." It gets better. So my illusions of treating myself as a post-graduation gift were soon turned upside down. The massage was decent but half-assed--to the massage therapists' credit, she was warm and friendly and gave me as much green tea as I wanted--but so does my grandmother. Next, the facial. OH, THE FACIAL! This was a dreadful experience. I didn't even receive a facial. I received a mask and hot towels over my face while my eyes dried out from the steam continuously over my face while the skin therapist yapped my ears off about inappropriate things and work gossip and drama that I COULD CARE LESS ABOUT! After the hour was up, I made a comment I didn't even get the deep facial extractions and the response that I got was "Well, you shouldn't have asked me so many questions!" The skin therapist eventually admitted that she mostly just "rubbed my face" and "didn't even read my chart." At this point, I was hoping Ashton Kutcher would pop out with his camera crew. It was a hot mess. MY FACE WAS MORE OILY WHEN I LEFT THAT ROOM THAN WHEN I CAME IN! The only semi-redeeming quality was the mani and pedi which the technician was really sweet even though the paint on my nails are uneven and noticeably layered. NEEDLESS TO SAY I IMMEDIATELY CALLED GROUPON AND GOT MY MONEY BACK! GROUPON IS AMAZING AND HAS GREAT DEALS BUT THIS BUSINESS IS AWFUL AND LOOKS DOWN ON INCOMING GROUPONERS. STAY AWAY!
The only quality service was the Facial by Daisy!. I bought the Groupon deal which was a spa package for 2 which included a 1 hour sweedish massage, facial, manicure and pedicure. Before coming when I called to make the appointment I asked for additional upcharges for our services. When we arrived I reminded them that I had asked for the upcharge on the massage to go from sweedish to deep tissue. I am by no means a spa aficionado, but I know what I like and how things are supposed to be. Obviously, the receptionist did not relay this information to our therapist. a few minutes into the massage I asked him if they had told him and he said no. So I told him, I want a deep tissue massage. My husband was not as brave and closed his mouth and didn't tell the therapist we had bought the upcharge. During the massage the receptionist and several other staff were giggling and carrying on in the hallway, no relaxing what so ever! When we were finished we waited in the hall for our facials. This was the only redeeming quality about our session! Daisy was the therapist for my facial and she was fantastic! Anyone that has had a facial knows that you get a good therapist when they LOVE doing "extractions"! I can't speak for my husband on this one because we were in separate rooms, however his was finished about 10 minutes before mine. We then went into the next room where we had to wait about 20 minutes for our next service which was the manicure and pedicure. The tech that did my nails, did sub-par at best. I opted for the shellac upcharge, which is supposed to last up to 14 days without chipping. Her first mistake was that she did not soak my nails she did not trim cuticles or any other grooming except shaping my nails before she put on the shellac. I asked for a French with the shellac and when she put on the white it looked good until I put it in the dryer. When my nails came out it had bubbled on the white. Her and the other tech argued about it being cheap polish. After trying to cover it up with 4 coats of white!!! She finally gave up and took it all off and started over. This time she made the mistake of using regular white polish. It looked good however, it looked like crap after 3 days and most of the white had chipped off. During my pedicure my hands were so dried out I had to actually ask for lotion because she didn't put any on my hands during the manicure. The pedicure again was another service she goofed up on. She hardly scrubbed the bottom of my feed and didn't use the cuticle trimmers. I don't know how, but somehow all this polish came off within 3 days. I don't know about anyone else but I can usually go a week or better with regular polish on my toes before it starts to chip off. Overall, it was a 2/5 the 2 only because of Daisy. Had I been serviced by the other therapist for the facial it probably would have been a 1/5.
