Bad florist; Poor customer service.
I just received a small arrangement from a florist and the women in my office noticed upon delivery that not only the balloon was scratched but the roses were already dying. I called the florist to tell her about this since the card stated to call if expectations were not met. I was connected to "Gina" who upon telling her about the situation insisted that the roses were in perfect shape and the balloon was fine when it left. When I asked for an email to send pictures of both, she said she didn't have one. Upon researching the website I found an email address and sent her the pictures anyway. I then called her back and told her I did that and she stated she did not have time to look at her email and never uses it. She did not offer to send a new arrangement or refund the giver's money and was very rude to me. There are too many good florists out there for you to waste your money at this one.
