In Short – Cici's first opened in Plano, Texas, in 1985 and has since spread to locations throughout the Southeast and Midwest. Known for its one low, all-you-can eat price, the buffet-style restaurant boasts 16 different types of fresh pizza--from tomato and spinach Alfredo to zesty ham, barbecue and Sicilian deep-dish pies--as well as pasta, salad and desserts. Only 100 percent whole milk mozzarella is used and the sauces and dough are made fresh daily.

Best Big Chain Pizza

This place is pretty decent. The food is basic chain pizza faire, but the execution is much better than the average chain. If you don't know a really good pizza joint, then go here.

You Can't Eat Cheaper

Salad, main course, and dessert for $4 is hard to beat. Where else can you do that? The staff is very friendly and if you don't see the kind of pizza you want the will make it for you and deliver it to your table. The salad is basic, the pizza is good, the pasta is mediocre but the cinnamon rolls are to die for. Not much for atmosphere (usually lots of kids) and can be noisy at times but great for a family on a budget. You won't leave hungry.

Pizza thats worth the dough

This place is the ultimate Pizza buy! Its a company store and its CiCi's at its best. The managers and staff are just as friendly as can be and the buffet is always hot and plentiful. This is like a total treat and well worth the money, actually you can't beat it if you tried. Ok so its not gormet, but at $3.99 per person what can ya expect, but its always clean, hot and fast! The kids go bonkers over it and its always a safe bet with the entire family.
