This location does not do tatoos. This location does not do tatoos.

I saw the logo for Black Chapel tatoos and I drove over there only to get laughed at. Don't waste your time, some company seems to have illegally hijacked their listing and posting logos everywhere. I contacted Target to tell them about this.
